Responsibilities
- Ensure the clear and efficient functioning of all the activities of the store.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate store employees to maintain performance at its level.
- Make sure to an excellent customer service, resolve complaints, and take measures for customer satisfaction.
- Oversee sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage stock levels, place orders, and reduce decrement through effective inventory management.
- Make sure that the store is well-managed and well-organized to attract customers.
- Manage store budgets, track expenses, and make cash registers and daily reconciliations.
- Ensure the implementation of company policies, local laws, and health and safety standards.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and employee performance.
- Support store promotions, advertising, and seasonal campaigns.
Requirements
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays, and show readiness to work for extra hours as perA bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is encouraged.
- Certified experience in retail management (usually 2-5 years in a supervisory role).
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Excellence in driving sales and delivering extraordinary customer experiences.
- Understanding of stock control, ordering processes, and inventory software.
- Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze sales performance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Capability to handle customer complaints, staff issues, and operational challenges calmly.
- Understanding of Point of Sale (POS) systems, Microsoft Office, and retail management software
