Responsibilities
- Setting up dining areas by professionally arranging tables, chairs, utensils, and serving stations before meal service.
- Courteously serving meals and beverages to military personnel or staff.
- Clearing all the tables minutely and cleaning up after meal service, including sanitizing surfaces and disposing of waste material.
- Assisting in food preparation tasks such as portioning, plating, or restocking buffet lines.
- Ensuring cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas according to health and safety regulations.
- Handling special meal requests or food allergies courteously.
- Maintaining inventory and supplies, and timely informing supervisors of shortages or required restocking.
